  3. Minor variations in color, size, and placement of designs may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our artwork.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Processing time for custom orders is typically 1-3 weeks before shipping.
  2. Shipping times and methods vary based on location and selected shipping options.
  3. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless items arrive damaged or defective.
  2. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
  3. If a product is defective, we will either replace the item or provide a refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

  1. Orders may be canceled within 24 hrs of placement without penalty.
  2. Once production has begun, cancellations are subject to a 50% fee to cover materials and labor.
